Marjorie June Bowser, age 77, of West Leicester, passed away peacefully at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre on January 4, 2022.  Marjorie was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Vera (Simmonds) Bowser.

Marjorie was a long term resident of White Birches Retirement Home which Marjorie considered "her home".

We would like to thank Doug and Sandy Gallagher and the staff for the kindness and excellent care given to Marjorie during her many years there.

Marjorie looked forward to all special activities at White Birches and loved to help out if she could.  She also attended Trinity St. Stephen's United Church when she could.

Marjorie will be sadly missed by her sisters, Betty MacDonald, Gerry Smith, Phyllis Sweeney, Dorothy Bowser, Bonnie Harrison, and her twin sister, Margaret Smith; her brothers, Bill and Dick, and her special friend Mark Malaidack.

Besides her parents, Marjorie was predeceased by a sister, Eleanor Archibald, and two brothers, Douglas and Norman Bowser.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Bobadilla and the staff at CRHCC for their special care and kindness during Marjorie's stay.

Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of the Jones Family Funeral Centre, 70 Church Street, Amherst (902-667-8777).  A graveside service for Marjorie will be held at a later date.

For those who wish to do so, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.

Sharing of memories and condolences may be sent to the family by visiting Marjorie's online memorial at www.jonesfamilyfuneralcentre.ca or through the Jones Family Funeral Centre Facebook Page.
